On a recent business trip to Rovinj I stayed at the Adriatic Hotel for 3 nights and can honestly say the staff couldnt have been more hepfull. Being in the centre of town provides some great views across the harbor although the downside is that the rooms are very small, a little dated and basic.
The room was clean and the aircon was cold (which was a godsend) and the bed comfy.
