We stayed here for one night before flying from Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, easy to find and the checking in was very easy. The apartment itself was fairly basic but had everything you'd need (microwave, stove etc). We walked into Cavtat (5 minutes walk, steep downhill but easy to find). The owner took us to the airport himself at 6.30am, I think it was about 70 kuna - whatever it was, it was very reasonable. Short but great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights atBacan apartments after a 2 week holiday in Dubrovnic and the island of Lopud.
Our stay at Bacan was a way of easing us towards the airport for our flight home but it turned out to be so much more.
First of all Anton was the perfect host - let me use his computer to check e mails-gave us lots of information about the area.
The apartments wwere spotlessly clean. I wasn't expecting them to be serviced daily-they even provided teabags and had a library of books for exchange.

We have just returned from our 3rd trip to Croatia. Each year we have travelled around using the ferry and coach systems and have stayed at several apartments (Hvar on two occasions, Split, Brac, Korcula). We have come back to Apartment Bacan each year as Cavtat is our favourite resort and it is handy to end our holiday here as it is close to the airport.

Apartment Bacan is definitely the best apartment we have found and Antun and Natasa are excellent hosts. The apartment is very clean and is convenient for the local supermarket, harbour and bus into Dubrovnic.

We walked into Cilipi on Sunday morning to watch the local dancing. This begins at 11.15 am. We set out along the costal footpath at 9.15 am and had to walk very fast over difficult terrain to make it on time. We stayed to look around the village and then planned to catch the bus back to Cavtat. We found too late that there is only one bus in and one bus out of Cilipi on a Sunday, specifically for the dancing trip, and this leaves immediately the entertainment has finished. This meant a long walk back (two and a half hours) in the hot afternoon sun and a very cold pivo when we arrived.

We have enjoyed our time in Cavtat so much we are planning to return to Aparment Bacan for the 4th time next year.

We spent 3 weeks travelling around Croatia and this apartment was the best of those we stayed in.It was spacious well equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes cutlery and 2 ring cooker and fridge. We had a separate kitchen /bedroom /bathroom and a balcony.
The owner was pleasant and helpful .The only downside was the uphill walk on the return from the beach.
