Our house is situated in centre of Cavtat.
This nice apartment is in a family house on groundfloor with separate entrace 5 minutes from the beach, banks, restaurants, caffe bars, post, food market.
It includes:2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room - 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms
tv cable, wi-fi, air conditon and nice terace with barbeque, private parking.

We loved the apartment it had everything we could require. The garden is beautiful and is the ideal location to the supermarket and all the bars and restaurants, very quiet and very spacious.
Niksa gave us lots of privacy but was always available as he lived upstairs,
He even left us a bottle of local wine which was lovely.
Would definitely stay here again.

tranquillità , pulizia, vicinissimo al centro
La casa ha un arredo un po' datato, a parte la cucina ed uno dei due bagni, ma è accogliente, pulita e molto tranquilla nonostante sia nei pressi del centro storico. Bello lo spazio all'esterno e ottima la cortesia dei proprietari.
La posizione della casa è eccellente, a solo una ventina di metri dal centro storico e dal mare. Si trova in zona pedonale, ma è possibile entrare con la macchina e la casa è dotata di uno spazio per il parcheggio.
Cavtat è bellissima e credo torneremo.

Good value accommodation with very pretty shaded patio garden, in an excellent location
Good, basic accommodation just a minute's walk from Cavtat's sea front and amenities. The supermarket and local fruit and veg market are very near and there is an excellent choice of restaurants. We loved Cavtat and the very friendly people.

Perfect Location
We're just back from a lovely, week long stay here. The apartment is in a great location - less than a minute from the waterfront, bakery, mini market, bank etc. Loads of room for the kids to run around. Good air conditioning for the sticky nights. Free WiFi.
The owner, Niksa, is very kind and personable. He even surprised me with a bottle of wine on my birthday!
Highly recommended.
