it was quite an experience to sit at the chef's table and observe Steve and Francisco prepare your meal first hand. I had the filet mignon which melted in my mouth like butter. I can never have another steak in Toronto as a result. The ceviche was perfect it was served with warm chips that were lightly salted to help balance the spice added to the ceviche. Steve made me feel welcomed and I allowed me to ask as many questions about his food preparation techniques as I wanted since I'm a foodie. The crab oscar was to die for. Wonderful atmosphere excellent food an impeccable service by the chef and the sous chef.More
