My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night while visiting our son at Hargrave Military Academy. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Gretna, which is VERY nice, but because of the Nascar race in Martinsville, they only had a 'special event' rate which was twice the normal rate. The usual rate at the Hampton is very comparable to the rate we received at the Comfort Inn and it's just few miles south on 29.
Our room was okay, but just didn't seem clean. One of the bedside lamps didn't work and the other one was missing the lightbulb. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was easy to see that the jets were filthy (black junk).
Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.

I'm concerned about the lamp was not working and jets were dirty you experienced at our
hotel during your recent visit. I'm writing to thank you for taking the time to
bring this matter to my attention.
We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay
a satisfying one. The principal goal of our hotel is to provide dependable service
to all of our guests at reasonable prices. Consequently, it's disappointing to learn
