It's obvious that the Four Seasons has embraced the "old style, high-service hotel" mantra and it shows. The service was impeccable, the common areas great, staff was friendly but sadly, it's over-priced even for luxury hotels.
There's nothing special about the rooms, it's just another hotle room. Plus, they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Come on guys, for $250++ a night you can't even throw in complimentary coffee in the rooms, Internet access or parking? Pleeease. In addition, the wireless Internet access (which you also have to pay an extra $15 per night) signal was terrible. I had to continually move around the room to find a good spot not matter what device (iPad, phone, or laptop) that I used. My room had NO view unless you count the roof of the lobby as a view.
In the end, no matter what the level of service is at a this hotel, it's just a hotel room. No amount of service can make up for lack of value. I'm sorry, I felt I was grossly overcharged for what I received.
