They gave me an occupied room. Holes in the shower wall. Shower head hanging. People knocking on your door asking for "crack money". Women walking around trying to find "Johns". Please dont stop here if you have a family. Everything I am saying is true. I have, no idea how this hotel is rated so high.

The employees of this hotel, drive thru other hotel parking lots at night to get phone numbers off of work vehicals. Then they call saying they will beat the price of where ever you are staying ( kind of shady). Trash, beer cans, cig butts and broken glass scattered every where. Asked them to clean the pool 6 days in a row before they ever did. Internet didnt work for 4 days, had to argue with front desk and owner every day that there was nothing wrong with my laptop before they called someone to come and fix internet. There so called hot breakfast is a joke. Even got propositioned by a hooker while walking to vehical in the parking lot. Rooms smell funny and have stains on walls and ceilings. People party in parking lots making lots of noise. An absolute horrible experience.

my family and i had a great time here the rooms are very clean and the staff is one of a kind we where greeted with a smile a hello ever time . the kids loveed that there was popcorn made a in the lobby for the guest . and the breakfast was great also.

First the modem did not work and we had 3 rooms, none worked. front desk or (help desk) NEVER answered the phone when we tried to call them, always had to go up there and LOCATE someone when we needed something.
It took 20 minutes to get hot water to the showers.
And leaving out many other things the last was and hour before checkout time the key cards for the rooms all quit working, because the front desk did not know how to reset them from the last time change. Ever try to load your bags and having to keep your door from locking you out? NOT FUN...
