Guess I've finally learned that smoking/non-smoking facilities can't really co-exist. The motel was nice - room and bathroom updated, bed good and room clean. Air conditioner was on when we arrived which made me happy; however, stale smoke just ruined the whole experience. When I opened a bag the following day my newly purchased clothing reeked. Will look for totally non-smoking facility from now on. PS Plastic cups were so thin that I split two trying to get the plastic off!

I would recommend staying in another hotel. I would expect a clean room for the price they ask.
Watch for bugs in the beds

when i called to book i was looking for a suite with a separate bedroom (we have 4 kids 6yrs. and under). i explained what i wanted and the girl assured me they have a suite with a separate bedroom. upon arrival (9 pm) we head to our bedroom to find out it was just one big room - does NOT work for our family. i went back down to the front desk and complained, requesting a different room. the girl told me they didnt have suites with separate rooms. i was very upset and told them so. we stayed in room 202 - dont stay there! all nite and morning (dont know about during the day cos we checked out in the morning, but i'm sure its the same) we could hear the wash machine and feel the vibrations from the spin cycle. very annoying, esp. since i had kids sleeping on blowup mattresses and play-yard on the floor. also, there was black mold on the shower curtain. as we were checking out, another guest was upset by the black mold in their shower too and supposedly she took pictures. the lady at the desk said they are taking care of it, but i dont believe it at all. my husband and kids went to the pool and he said it was really weird - like being in a prison pool. the room that the pool is in is just a little bigger than the actual pool. very strange. dont know about the temp of water. the continental breakfast was fine (bread, jelly, pb, waffles, syrup, butter, 3 kinds of cereal, mini processed muffins, orange and apple juice, milk) but i was irritated by the cup size for milk/juice....small cups so after about 3 drinks you had to get up and get more. also, there was only 1 highchair. at checkout the girl took $20 off our bill - big whoopie. i would definitely stay elsewhere and pay more money than stay here again.

I expected a cleaner room when I booked this room.
I asked to be moved out of my first room. The first room stunk and the shower curtain had a lot of black mold on it. The second room didn't stink but the shower curtain also had black mold on it. Just not as much, gave me the creeps to shower. The lady running the front desk was very nice and accomodated me the best she could. This hotel was a disappointment to say the least. After driving over 12 hours I just dealt with it since it was only one night.
