“Excellent location, Friendly Staff and Good Ambience..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

I choose this hotel over several others because it is one of the few that offers an extended kitchen. I was new to the city and stayed here for 2 months. The room was spacious and the location was excellent. It is right opposite to the Wallmart, adjacent to Mc Donalds, Burger King and opposite to Mi Rancho. Papa John’s is about .5 miles from here. Therefore not having a car for the first few weeks was not so bad..
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was always maintained well. Microwave and a refrigerator also help. The Bar below is always a decent plays to hang out for some time.
I had a great stay here for 2 months and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Aiken.

Room Tip: Coose a room on the ground floor either on West or East side.

“Great bargain!”

I was looking to take a short 2 day trip to Aiken and Augusta, and needed a decent hotel. This Quality Inn was highly rated on here, and most of the reviews were positive. I used a AAA rate and got a room for $55, cant beat that. Easy to find, right off the road, next to a McDonalds, across the street from a Wal-Mart. Upon check in, I mentioned the jacuzzi. The lady said it wasnt working right and it wouldnt be open. Upon going to my room, I found it to be a double bed room. I went back down and advised her of that. I had booked a queen room, so i preferred one bed. She switched me to a king room. The room itself was nice, with a sofa, fridge and work desk. The computer desk was high, but the computer chair didnt go high enough, so I worked off the coffee table and couch. Wireless internet was pretty speedy. TV was older tube type, but got a great selection of channels, inc Speed! Room looks remodeled, with newer furniture and art work. Bed was comfy, pillows were a bit soft and lacked substance. Bathroom was clean, water was hot, water pressure in the shower lacked a bit, but it had a nice shower head. The rooms are outside entrance only (no inside corridor), and never had an issue with noise. Free breakfast was good, usual stuff w/ waffles, eggs, sausage etc... and it opens at 5:30am for you early birds and ends at 10 for us late sleepers. Staff seemed friendly, though at check out, the cleaning person insisted on vacuuming a rug when someone was trying to check in and I was checking out. Overall, it was a GREAT stay for $55, and I would stay here again.

“CLEAN, friendly, great rates, pet-friendly, super breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2011

My family and I (and small dog) stayed at the Quaity Inn and Suites in Aiken, SC for 5 nights. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The stay was incredible. The hotel was very roomy with a living room area, a desk, roomy bath area and everything was super-clean. The employees were very helpful and generous with their time. The breakfast had an abundance of different food for the guests, including fruit and yogurt. The grounds were clean and well-kept. There was a lot to do closeby and many restaurants in which to pick from. I would look forward to staying here again.

“Just Okay...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

I was torn between rating this hotel at a 2 or a 3... It's an old, outdated hotel with a very noisy atmosphere. There were many types of people loitering around the grounds and some rambunctious people outside until late hours of the night. The room was a "suite", which essentially is a couch shoved next to a partition when you first walk in, not really any bigger than an average hotel room. The carpet was old and worn and was a bit damp. The "suite" smelled clean but just felt a bit grimy overall as there was dust and crumbs on various furniture and the sink was scummy. Although the fridge and microwave are very convenient, the fridge in my room was a bit dirty. The bathroom, however, was clean and had a large jacuzzi tub, but I only used the shower. The bed was decently comfortable and the linens were clean and of good quality. There was newer art hung on the walls and the staff was indeed friendly. The price was decently low at 75.00 per night. It wasn't the most comfortable stay in the world and I would probably look elsewhere before staying again, but Aiken isn't the best place to find a decent hotel for a reasonable price.

“Great Service, Great Price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 October 2011

Nash was the hotel manager and owner. We had a team stay there for 4 days attending the ISA Softball World Series.

The rooms were clean, The price was the best in the area,

Good free breakfast.

Next door to Mcdonalds, across the street was a Walmart.

They also hadve a onsite rec room and lounge wich we frequented.

Room Tip: Many rooms have whirlpool tubs.
