STAY AWAY from the discusting place. first of all they advertise a swimming pool and there is one but its empty and a hazard, they advertise free local calls but charge you for everycall. hit me with a $72.00 phone bill for calls as close as across the street to surpluce city. the maid only comes to clean about 2 times on weekdays and 1 time on weekends. you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. my wife was propositioned twice by old men that drive in and out of the lot daily. they showed us a room to see if we like it but gave us a room that was like night and day. staff are rude and unhelpfull but they will surely let you exchange your towels and change your own sheets since they maid didnt show up. they are from india as with alot of motels i have stayed at but this is by far the worst one i have ever stayed at.wouldnt recomend this place to the devil himself, spend the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else you will not forgive yourself if you stay here,

To start the website needs to be updated. It led me to believe it was closer to my destination than it actually was. Finding the place is impossible without directions from the hotel themself (no signs off the interstate). They messed up my reservations (booked a room with two beds and received a room with a king size bed). Their solution was a single rollaway bed and the rest of us could bed on the floor or we could get another room and pay only half price. I was not paying any more money for my inconvenience and I did not like paying for a room only to have my kids sleep on the floor. If we wanted that we would have camped out. Not customer friendly at all. I could over look the out dated fixtures and old bathroom, but my kids not having a bed.....not happy. No discount either for our troubles. Couldn't find any other room available and was stuck. Not a great nights stay and couldn't wait to get home. Just wanted to warn other people, they may think twice about this one!

This piece of junk hotel needs to close down. It's dirty, filthy and smells like mildew. Our toilet didn't work so the hotel staff gave us a key to another room and instructed us to only use the toilet. How tacky is that?
Also, the hotel staff is rude. They claim they don't change sheets or clean rooms on the weekend because they don't have housekeeping staff. Needless to say, they lied! They were spotted cleaning another room. I was told by the manager that I could change my own sheets if they gave me new clean ones... This place is UNSANITARY.
The continential breakfast is a tiny muffin or tiny honey bun, coffe, tea or juice. The best part is I checked for bed bugs and I thank God that they're weren't any.

This is hotel is recommended to anyone, and everyone. It's location is a little isolated, but rooms are amazing. They are comfortable and really clean. If you come on a weekend make sure you eat their continental breakfast, its yummy. The service is very friendly, as well as their staff. I surely recommend this for you, if you are looking for a place in Altoona.
