The property is beautiful and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. The lobby is very warm and inviting. The room was perfect and we had a great night's sleep. There was even a small balcony to enjoy. The breakfast was amazing and the view from the breakfast area was even better. By far the most enjoyable part was the service. They go above and beyond...

At $145 per night in the middle of winter it wasn't a bargain relative to other Ashland locations but after all the glowing reviews we thoughtvto try it. The room was fine. The view was of the Best Western across the street. The late night cookie is a nice idea but not quite the homemade gooey kind we imagined. The breakfast was typical Hampton-Inn style. Nice but nothing extraordinary.
Overall the experience was fine and would have been better had we simply expected less...and cost about 25% less.

this is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and won't be the last time for sure. The staff is nice and accommodating, and the location is awesome. But the best part? the price. I don't even mind that there is not a restaurant on site because there are so many options in Ashland. Thanks so much!

This is a 3-diamond AAA motel and our 5 rating reflects its value relative to other hotels/motels of the same class. Service was friendly and there are extras..cookies late at night, refreshments in the evening. Room, bed and linens were very nice and the facility is up to date. The free breakfast was excellent.
Our cost was well below average according to what has been published here, probably reflecting the off-season visit. Highly recommend...Pet friendly for $25.
