All I can say is that I had a great time in this resort. Everything was beautiful, the rooms were good, the view was really beautiful and the staff was nice, especially the animation team. I met two very nice guys. One of them is Eren, he really made my holiday much more fun.

I returned from the Paloma Yasmin at the start of Oct. I firstly would like to say this is not a 5* hotel. Its probably 3 at best. The potential is there but the hotel is extremely worn.
I was absolutely disgusted when asking for water in the hotel to be served vodka in a water bottle. This was dealt with by the hotel accordingly however the Thomas Cook rep was extremely unhelpful and im still in dispute with them over the incident. On return I was also extremely surprised when reading a previous review to find that this had happened in the hotel before and yet the manager and rep seemed shocked this could happen there!
Some of the staff were helpful and friendly whereas others were letchy and countinuously badgered both myself and my friend to join them on nights out! The room wasnt cleaned in the whole week we were there just the beds made daily.

We stayed in this hotel in August with friends.both us and are friends have travelled all around the world in various standards of accommodation .I have never stayed anywhere as bad as this place in my life!! The staff were rude and unhelpful on all areas(unless you tipped them).the place was filthy.the food was disgusting and sometimes rotten and covered in flies.I could go on all day about how bad this place is and am only writing this review because I cannot believe some people are actually giving this place good reviews I can only assume that these people have never travelled anywhere decent before and are happy with poor standards!oh and also both my friend and I had money stolen from our room safes just to top it all..Thomas Cook should be ashamed to include this hotel in there brochure and to rate t this as 5 star is insulting.it is at best 2 star!!dont go don't waste your time or money it's awfull

we went this hotel for half term thinking what a great place for the children how wrong we were. there was no entertainment no activities in the day. the food was disgusting the staff didn't want us there they were rude telling us on the last morning to hurry up with breakfast so they could finish.moving furniture away while we were drinking in the lobby. the bedrooms were ok but the cleaning was awful it took them 4days to clean my daughters bedroom they did not clean the bathrooms they were filfthy.having been to 2 other hotels in turkey this year i would rate this one as a 2* not 5* we paid full price and felt we were robbed
