I am a person that does not make a fuss however after the flight & transfer to this hole we noticed famlies leaving some without unpacking.I just thought it can<t be that bad can it then we were shown our cells sorry rooms we walk in & walked straight back out.Words Can,t describe what it was like my 14 year old niece started to cry it was that bad.After talking to some women near the pool People have just left without giving a reason i tried to listen to them but i was admiring there tatoos which to be fair were all spelt right.I am no snob by any strech of the imagination but i do have some standards if i had stayed there i think i would have formed an escape comitee.I have posted some photos which i took the nanosecond we were there iwill let you be the judge.

The female owner was ignorant, & had no social skills whatsoever! She looked at the female holidaymakers as if they had crawled out the sewers! Definately the wrong person for such a social job! The manager was a truly arrogant man who lacked basic manners ! It completely baffles me how such rude people can hold such positions in the tourist industry having no skills in hospitality AT ALL!! I have never had the misfortune to witness the like of which before, despite where I have travelled or where I have stayed!

Just returned after 2 weeks here and it was fabulous! Came here after the appartment we usually go to was full and I admit I was apprenensice but only till we got there and was shown our room. We arrived 5/6 am very tired, shown without fuss a very clean room. We were given a double appartment with 2 sofas/settees with extra bedding provided as we'd asked for a twin appartment but they didn't have 1. Very impressive with the cleanliness of the beds, kitchen and bathroom. We were very close to the reception so had no noise from the pool area but as we're not early birds and love to be on bar street. The pool and bar area was brilliant, large pool for swimming and more than enough room for all to get a bed. Staff in all areas were great, very helpful and good humoured.

We also enjoyed a massage and turkish abth with serkan and murat which was possably the best massage we have ever had and a very very good price. I would defiently go there again even if we didn't stay at Club Cherry.

Heard a lot of nasty comments around Turgutreis about Club Cherry about how bad it was and I can happily say they were wrong, worst comment I heard tho was it is shutting for a refurb next summer. I HOPE NOT!

Thanks to all at Club Cherry for the best 2 weeks in Turgutreis I've had.

Accomodation was very basic indeed cooking facilities very poor, kettle and fridge leeked always a puddle on floor which was slippy and dangerous we reported the fridge as it did not get cold but nothing was done about it.
Maid service what maid service! very poor only had towel change twice in 10 days and beds only changed once we had to empty our own bins.
The bar staff were great very friendly especially Alex.
The food at the hotel was good and reasonable.
The pool was very clean and the whole area around the apartments was spotless.
Apartments are well situated only 10 mins from beach and bar street.
I would recomend the turkish bath in the hotel good price and worth every penny, the guys from the solarium are lovely.
To put it in a nut shell, basic accomodation in good location with great staff.
