If you don't want to spoil your vacation-stay away from this hotel. There are 2 hotels on one territory 4 star Asarlik Beach and 5 star Royal Asarlik, we booked a hotel room in a 5 star hotel. However when we arrived we were told that hotel is full and we were placed in another 3 star hotel. First day we were too tired after trip and decided not to argue, However the next day when we came to the hotel reception-the answer was same and they proposed us to sdtay in a room temporary in a 4 star hotel, though I showed them our voucher where it was clearly written that we booked a hotel room in a 5 star one. this couldn't help and we had nothing to do but to call our travel agent. The travel rep couldn't get a room which was reserved by us either and thus eventually we and few other familes moved to another 5 star hotel. 2days od rest were spent for nothing, in stress and we left thisbhotel with a very negative feeling. There is a strange combination movements for the first night- not only us, but several other guests faced it - all were placed in nearby 3 star hotels. Probably thus they were helping them to earn their money. Royal Asarlik beach- never ever !!!
