Our room was clean and spacious and although we were on the first floor, the room was not noisy at all. Beds were comfortable and pillows came with several options (hard to soft etc-as offered by most big hotels now).The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub.I cant speak highly enough of the breakfast.The staff were friendly and they did everything to make you feel comfortable. The gym was no less than a proper gym, with several threadmills,workout machines etc. I also had a massage in the hotel and it was a very good one.If this hotel were in Istanbul, the rate would have been at least two fold (and maybe three fold in Paris)...So, do stay in Swissotel while you are in Ankara and do not even think of anywhere else to stay.

One of the best hotels with excellent service I have ever encountered. You will feel right at home! very comfortable and clean room. Heated glass in the bath, no charge upgrade at check in. Very secure. Actually had a very nice workout room and dance classes.

The location is very nice. Though it is not the very center - still convinient and not noisy area. The staff is mainly helpful.

I stayed at Swissotel Ankara in April 2011 for a business trip.

The hotel is located in a very nice, quiet and upscale neighborhood, but very conveniently located to many of Ankara's landmarks.

Before I tell you about the facility, I can not emphasize enough how great the staff was. The staff is trained so well that there wasn't a moment they did not anticipate our needs. The housekeeper arrived with additional hangers within minutes of our arrival anticipating we would need additional ones ( and we did ).

Our car was kept right outside the hotel so it was always available to us within a minute the latest. The breakfast staff literally watched over us and adjusted to all we do. By the way, the breakfast was one of the best I have seen in my travels ( which is a lot). The items were very fresh, tasty, very wide variety including bacon for those who has to have it :)

The rooms are very bright and spacious and carefully designed. The walk in shower is perfect for rushed mornings and the deep soaking tub was big and deep. The towels and linens were very new and fresh. The lighting is very satisfactory both at desk and in the room.

The closet was very nice sized and it had additional blankets and pillow encased in case you needed them. Minibar is reasonably priced for a hotel of the caliber and had very useful sundries in addition to the snacks.
A kettle and an espresso machine was provided which worked great.

The room was bright with natural light during the day and the floor I was on was non smoking with the full sense of the word ( in Turkey, non-smoking term is sometimes a little fluid ).

The gym is big and bright with an excellent set of cardios and free weights. The pool is wide and long and is great for laps. The Turkish Bath is amazing ! The facilities are top notch.

This hotel is very highly recommended. If you need to be inanother section I'd still recommend thiss hotel since cabs are plentiful and very cheap.
