A: Yes, you can do light cooking in my unit.
The kitchen equiptments in my unit are:

2. Where exactly is Princeton Residence? Where is it located?
A: Princeton Residences is located in Aurora Boulevard corner Gilmore Street, Quezon City. We are beside the Gilmore Station of the LRT2 line.
Princeton Residences is the newest project by property developer SMDC. Their concept is 'HOTEL LIVING IN THE CITY'.
It really is a hotel. When you enter through the main door, you will be greeted by a huge airconditioned lobby with bright, cozy lighting. We have a swimming pool on the 7 th floor where the kids can swim.

Bed bed bed
The unit is tidy and clean. It is in a perfect location for my needs. There is only one thing that might disappoint you if you are fussy on beds. Bed was squeaky and needs a better frame. Other than that all good!

Simple but clean and comfortable studio flat in great location. Price extremely attractive with lovely views from the penthouse on the 43?rd floor accessible to all. No wifi in lobby area which is a bit strange for the class of residence but otherwise highly recommended.

very good space at a great location and an affordable price
Had rented this place because of close proximity to LRT station (basically right on top of it) and because previous reviews had mentioned the accommodating nature of ms. Jenny. We were ready to ask any questions if they came up, but having lived in Manila before and with everything being explained well enough beforehand there really werent any during our time there. We did ask to check-in early morning and since there were no guest that previous day she checked us in at 7 am for no extra cost. Really loved the location, the building and the friendly staff in the building. The building also has a laundry service in one of the apartments and has a very good size pool. Kitchen was practical, bathroom was good as well and most of all the place was very clean. All in all a great place to stay.

A great place to stay!
The room we stayed in was very neat and clean. The owner Ms Jenny was very accommodating. Exploring Manila was a breeze with easy access to the LRT station. I would stay again.

Like a home away from home should be
The unit was well-furnished, clean and secure. The building was highly accessible to public transport. My friend who was a foreigner stayed here and he said it was the best out of all the places he has stayed at in Metro Manila. I didn't have to worry about getting to this place from my house and buying food, medicine, gifts and accessing other areas in Metro Manila. In fact, due to heavy traffic, the LRT system became our main mode of transportation. On my friend's free time, he was able to go to Robinson's Magnolia (5 min walk) or Jollibee (just around the corner) by himself. The area has at least 4 convenience stores and 1 drugstore. There's also a supermarket just a block away.
The owner, Jenny, is very quick in responding to questions. It made us feel at ease right from the start. She even installed a new digibox (I'm not sure what it's called) to improve the TV reception in the room in the middle of our stay. She asked us when we were free for the installation of course. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house and that we're never far from the comforts of home.

great, clean and safe place to start exploring Manila
It was my first time in Manila (together with my wife, which is half filipino) so this place gave me a good overview of what´s going on in this crazy, very alive, friendly, always smiling warm-hearted city.
it´s a really good location to start exploring!
a seven11 and the LRT (train) is right next door, several small stores and food places as also the mall in walking distance (~7 minutes)
if you need a loundry shop, a great one is right next to the mall (10mins walk)
but you can also take a jeepney ride - if you really want to get into an adventure :-)
the place itself (12th floor) is in good shape, clean and very safe.
free wifi with a good speed is available in the lounge and pool area at the 7th floor!
Jenny is a perfect host! always instant replies to any question/request and you can tell that she really want´s you to feel comfortable!

A Very Pleasant Stay - Highly Recommended!
Ms. Jenny was very prompt in replying to our queries from day 1; she was simply very nice and pleasant to conduct business with. We were happily checked in early and not rushed into checking out. The studio apartment was just right for my husband and I and our teenage daughter; it is very clean, towels and soap, and bedding were provided. It is located right beside the LRT2 station; Jollibee, McDonald's, drugstore, supermarket, convenience store all within walking distance. Greenhills shopping centre is a short distance away. Robinson's Magnolia mall is two blocks away, BDO a block away. We will definitely stay in this unit again on our future visits to Manila.

Great Studio
We stayed for 6 nights at the condo. It's clean and spacious enough for my family of 3. The AC was strong and cooled the room fast. The sound of the AC didn't bother us at all. There was also a stand fan. The kitchen had basic utensils and a place set for 2 people. We only used the tea kettle to make coffee. When we needed an extra blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, Jenny was quick to respond and had the beddings ready and waiting for us at the lobby. The shower had a tankless water heater and we didn't know how to operate it at first. We later figured it out on our own. (We checked in the condo later than expected on the first night so we weren't able to meet Jenny for instructions). The viewing room on the 42nd floor and the pool on the 7th floor were nice amenities but we weren't able to use them for lack of time. Trash was collected daily between 7AM-9 AM (the lady who collected them knocked at our door) and again at the same time at night. Overall we had a great stay. May we suggest a microwave, a hair dryer and extra towels to make the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Jenny for your hospitality. We look forward to our next visit!

clean and safe
Mr. and Mrs. Uy have been very accommodating and very nice. The property is clean and safe - security guards man the building 24/7. The Robinson mall and supermarket is about 2 blocks away, while Jollibee is adjacent to the building. The only thing I do not like is the constant loud humming sound of the air-conditioner, which is out of the owner's control. Just be prepared to bring ear plugs if the sound bothers you. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

A lot of computer shops in the area. 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Magnolia Mall ( home of the famous Magnolia Ice Cream Shop). One ride away from bargain center Greenhills. Located on a major road. Very easy to call a taxi cab.
