this is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Easy access to the monorail, centrally located for sightseeing and shopping and within walking distance of great restaurants for both casual local cuisine as well as international cuisine.

Good food, standard quality classic room..

The bad things:
they charged my credit card for 200 malaysian ringgit (arround $50 ) without give the transaction details.

They says it was for breakfast, but i already booked room for 2 nights + breakfast ... so i complaint to customer service, she does not explain anything make sense but angry to me..what the hell..

And they did this to me just few minutes before I checkout..so i doesnt have much time to argue..

Very very not recommended if you doesnt want your credit card to charge for nothing.

Returned on our Honeymoon in April 2015, with 2 family friends and rebooked the Melia Level suites. They even supplied us with a special cake to mark the occasion.
Hotel location is good, right oppposite Times Square and short walk to other shopping areas.
Staff are friendly and courteous.
Room was excellent and it was worth paying extra for the Level suites, with the exclusive use of their Lounges and afternoon snacks and evening Drinks. The staff in the Level suites were excellent and friendly and spent time to interact with customers and assist with any requests (Anna & Raya) thank you.
The Wifi service was good and the weather was great which meant we were able to use the pool area- although it really only gets the sun from about 11am to mid afternoon.
Food was excellent and the Beakfast spread should satisfy any traveller.
Overall a great stay and would recommend and will return again.

Room tip: rooms overlooking Times square have nice view but noise of traffic may not be to everyones liking

Room tip: Ensure all facilities are in good working order.Especilly the toilet unit i.e. flashing tank.
