I was sent to this hotel as part of a package from a travel agent in Japan. The place is listed at 4 stars and it lives up to it! The service was excellent, the breakfast was part of the cost, free onsen and not too bad location.
Service: I traveled with a very large snowboarding bag and they helped me take it to my room with a cart and showed me good places to eat, as I arrived late at night. (I've been to 5 hotels in Japan, this is the only one that has helped me move my snowboarding bag to my room, the rest watch me struggle with all my luggage)
Breakfast: Pretty good all you can eat buffet or Japanese style breakfast in a quiet dining area. I would recommend the American style all you can eat.
Onsen: Large and clean and I love onsens
