I booked a business king size bed room in the hotel during the Canton Trade Fair. I found the bed was so hard and not comfortable.
Washroom is smelly and the lighting is very dim.
Internet cable is linked with TV cable box and the internet cable is very short, I have to connect my laptop computer in front of the TV to use the internet.
Over all, the total facility is just barely average, not a 4 star hotel setting.

The room and toilets are clean and fairly good size. The lighting in the room is very dim and poor. The cable TV has only Chinese channels, so no entertainment or news for non- Chinese guests.Breakfast served is decent and not exceptional. Restaurants and coffee shop shut down very early by 9-9.30 Pm, which was surprising for a 4 * hotel. Communication with staff including reception is a big problem and at times frustrating. Price range is high.
