Best thing about the hotel was stepping out of it and directly onto the haram. Rooms were comfortable enough. Biggest problem was getting someone to come up and bring more tea bags to the room, because the ones that were already there had finished. After waiting for about 1.5 hours I just went down to the restaurant and got a few from there. A big annoyance when you wanted time to enjoy your cup of tea before leaving the hotel. All in all the hotel's biggest failing was the sub-standard level of its service. Otherwise, all good.

“amazing view of the holy mosque from my room”

Stayed at this impressive hotel while on a trip for work to Madinah. From my room I had an incredible view of the Holy Mosque. Was really impressive.
The staff of the hotel was incredibly helpful in making my transportation arrangements.
Great luxury 5 star hotel if you are in town on business!

“Good hotel, perfect location”

This hotel is located just in front of the holy mosque, just two steps and you will be in the mosque area.
And it’s the nearest hotel to the ladies gate, and the nearest gate for men is King Fahad Gate.
This hotel was belonging to InterContinental group, but not anymore.
Advantages:
- Location, location, location
- Clean rooms
- Good food
Disadvantages:
- No tea/coffee maker in the room
- Weak water pressure in the shower

Your candid opinion and the photos you share do help others make the right choice. As such we like to thank you for sharing them. With regards to the water pressure that should have been resolved when we did significant upgrades to our plumbing, but I am sorry you had to experience this. Also almost all our rooms now have a coffee makers.
