Hotel Pribaltiskaya is an enormous hotel in Saint Petersburg with more dan 2400 beds. The rooms are tide and clean. You have two separate but good beds, the climate in the room is good. Soft pillow, warm, but not too warm deck on bed. Bathroom was clean, perfectly clean, however there was no hairdryer. We had a room with seaview. They spoiled a bit of the beautiful view over the ocean by putting a swim paradise right in front of the hotel. So now you can.t look to the sea while having breakfast anymore.
Breakfast was big, three rooms, and one day even five opened. You can get everything there: croissants, dark bread, light bread, rolls, fruit, cheese, ham, egg, boiled or scrumbled, bacon, susages, porridge, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juize like orange and grapefruit and apple juice, water, coffee, tea, and all that I have forgotten.
The staff is nice and helpful. They have several restaurants in the hotel, food is good. Wine is very expensive, but that's not only in the hotel, that's everywhere in st Petersburg.
The hotel was very quiet. I don't know how they manage to do that while there are so many guests.
I doubted between three and four stars. To European measures it would be a three star, but for Russia it is definitely a four star hotel.
You can change money in the machine in the hotel. We were surprised and happy to find out at home that they charged us a very cheep rate!. We are very glad we stayed in this hotel.
