We're totally satisfied with our stay there.
The only disadvantage is that the hotel is not part of any sky miles program.
Anyway, the prices were cool, and that's better than miles. We were given a room upgrade, and had free in-room internet (wi-fi was available free on the ground floor). We stayed in room 612, and we absolutely loved our cleaning lady.
The reception staff were always smiling and ready to give recommendations and gave lots of advice on the city.
If ever in Moscow again, I know where to stay.

First off - the customer service was really great on check in. Later in the stay we got some incorrect directions and the price of the taxi to the airport was also misquoted but the service was always friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very very basic. A metal bed a desk and a tiny bathroom. It was clean and had everything you need but as I said its a little like a dorm room. The free wifi in the reception area was great! It's a little walk to Red Square but walking in Moscow is really fun.
Tips for Moscow. If you don't speak or read Russian, get a guide or some help to navigate the subway system. Also visit the Ismaylovo market. Its a little way out but worth it.

Friendly English speaking staff. Rooms have free wifi. Breakfast is a bit slow, but the ambiance of the bar and restaurant is good. In the lobby there is a small business centre (two laptops and printer)
