“Good business hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

This is a nice business hotel for Moscow. It is usually less expensive than the other high end hotels in Moscow. All western standard hotels in Moscow are extremely high priced. This one provides reasonable value especially on with the weekend rates.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the quiet side.

“Nice large and clean rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 December 2011

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Great location since it is only 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Metro which gives you access to all major attractions..
The service was lacking a bit, we had the impression that the reception staff was not interested in helping guests and rather than trying to help just trying to get rid of people asking questions. Also arriving here after spending several days in St. Petersburg we felt the English language skills of the staff were pretty basic compared with what we experienced in St. Petersburg.
The restaurant staff was discouraging us to visit the restaurant they seemed to be happier to not serving guests. Service in the restaurant was very slow, we went there once and avoided it afterwards .
The restaurant prices are pretty high as it is normal in this type of hotel, luckily there is a supermarket in the mall around the corner. The supermarket is very well stocked so we went there to buy our food and drink supplies to avoid the high prices in the hotel.
The hotel swimming pool is very nice and they have a sauna for the hotel guests.
Overall we liked the hotel just don't expect the staff to be very helpful.

“Impressive hotel”

This is a very nice, new hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, excellent service and value. The hotel is a 10 minute brisk walk from the Metro, which is a great way to get around the city. I had access to the 16th floor lounge, but was not impressed with the hot snack options. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and tasty and the restaurant staff were top-notch. This area of town was very quiet with few restaurant and shopping options. But you can reach other options quickly via the Metro.

“Good location!”

The hotel is very comfortable, nice breakfast in the morning. Close to the Metro which made it much easier to get around rather than a taxi, traffic is brutal to say the least. The Metro station architecture is a must see, the escalators are very impressive at some of the stations - only three or fours stops to red square. Nice Indian restaurant a 5 minute walk away.

“A new hotel recommended for business travellers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 December 2011

This is quite a new hotel. I had a room with a seperate small lounge and a large bathroom. The hotel is well appointed with reasonable F&B. I had access to the lounge on the 16th floor. This provides snacks, and complimentary wine and beers during happy hour. The hotel is clean and well managed with polite attentive staff. Its not very close to tourist attractions but is fairly central. You will be affected by the dreadful Moscow traffic wherever you stay. Its a good business hotel. Recommended.
