A really good price for Moscow where everything is expensive. A 15 minute walk from Paveletskaya Stn where the Airport express leaves. The hotel is functional, the staff are good and the rooms are warm (very) and clean. The breakfast was good and there was a decent choice. Visiting in winter I'd suggest opting for breakfast as you can't really function on an empty stomach when it's -20c. Location wise, it's not the most brilliant area but the metro is cheap, efficient and easyish to use.

I stayed there for 1 night for my business trip to Moscow. I was looking for the most inexpensive hotel in Moscow and decide to stay in Ibis. Actually everything was good except the location of the hotel, it's located half hour walking from the nearest subway station (Paveltsky station).

It's modern Ibis hotel, looks like any other Ibis hotel in the world, the service was good, the breakfast was good and it's good deal for the travelers who wants to stay in international chain hotel for reasonable price in Moscow.

No complaints about the hotel. Everything was as it should be - clean, friendly and helpful staff etc.
My only complaint is the price. I wanted to book again for March 2012 and the rooms were coming up at a hundred pounds or more per night. Which seems too much for this hotel. So, I did a search and found several cheaper hotels with good reviews. Furthermore, I wonder if they have got their pricing policy sorted out as when I stayed the hotel seemed far from full (obviously I do not know this for certain). Surely, cheaper prices and a full hotel would be a better solution?
In conclusion, a very good hotel which I would have given five stars to if its prices were about half of what they are.
