Rooms are very good, clean, big, comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained.
The restaurant is noisy and the stuff is insolent and extremely slow.

However, for one night it was a good choice; I would recommend the hotel.

Terrible and insolent staff, low quallity service and no heating available!!! NOT to recommend.
I learned my lesson and switched to the friendly Iosefin Residence.

The hotel and the room look nice and new. The rooms are clean and well-equipped for a 3-star establishment. Although a bit far from the city center, taxis being cheap and available, this is no real impediment. Everything seems thus to be OK but we came across a stressing experience at check out. We booked two rooms fro three nights and presented a pre-paid voucher at check in. This was accepted based on earlier confirmation. Our unpleasant and stressing surprise appeared at check out. Nothing has been discussed with us over the three-days stay. Early morning at check out, the desk staff asked us to pay for the pre-paid stay (!) stating that the agency through which we booked and paid for the stay didn't transfer their commitments for over 5 months. We had to call the agency and only after getting a new assurance by fax that we have paid for the hotel did they give up on their request. Matter-of-factish it is not the customer's business whether the agencies are paying in time or not and the matter should be resolved between the purveyors of services themselves without inviolving the customer in this internal issue. This was a stressing experience which shows poor management practices and I doubt whether we will get back to this place when next time in Timisoara.

The rooms are large, especially the beds. In a single room there is a bed that would be in a double in many hotels. In a double we had also a really big bed. The whole room was large, the bathroom clean and modern. There is good air condition in the rooms.
The hotel is situated out of the city center in a very nice and quiet area. (one side of the holtel there is a bigger road, but only 1x1 lines with limited bus traffic) A taxi ride to the center cost 8 Lei (2 EUR) - quite affordable. But it's also doable by walk if you are young and fit - it takes half an hour.
The breakfast varies a bit - if there is enough guest in the hotel it's quite good with many choices. But one morning there were only a few guests - there were limited choices of foods and we had to ask the staff for everything - coffe, juice, jam, milk... it was a bit inconvenient.
Assuming our stay, this hotel is well worth the price it costs :) I would highly recommend if outskirts is not a problem for you.
