Hotel President is something else, is an interesting experience: before it was a shoe factory inside, now a very nice hotel. Positioned at one entrance of the city (small city, it can be crossed in 10 minutes by car)

I stayed in President Hotel for 3 nights and I recommended it since than to everybody visits Targu Mures.

- spa center available (it costs about 15 euros/day)
- Argentinian restaurant, one of the best

So, if you visit Mures I'd recommend President Hotel (not the only great hotel in Mures) it is something special (in a positive way).

It is true ; before , this place was a factory , that's why everything is huge - rooms / reception /restaurant .
4* hotel with few minor problems which have been fixed by the people from the reception .
Unfortunatelly , the brekfast is very poor for this category and the location is far away from the city center ( near METRO at the xit to Cluj Napoca and the city airport )
Taxi fare to center is around 2.5 EUR.

four star hotel but it could qualify for 5! easy access on the main road, huge room and bathroom with whirlpool! Acceptable price and nice friendly staff. Big mall very close. Internet connection did not work too good but everything else impressed me.
