I have stayed two days at this hotel and I liked it. The hotel is near the bridge on Mures river and is very closed from the city center.

In Arad is not so much to see and due to the fact is a transit town the traffic is almost always jamed.

The hotel has big rooms, big bathrooms, clean and well furnished. The staff was ok. They have also parking places, a pool, sauna, massage and a sand beach near the river (for the summer). The restaurant has good food, however if you go to eat in town you will find better prices. At the breakfast you have a buffet with very good and fresh food. Another advantange ... the hotel has very good prices for the quality offered ... compared with other hotels from Arad. I will come back.

BIG rooms. Nice bar. Good restaurant. Very pleasant stay! It looked like a good place in the summer as well.

Hotel Coandi is on the river bank to the south of Arad town centre, and it is a pleasant walk along the river to the historical centre, or you can take a tram from outside the hotel. It is a little noisy because of the trams and trains passing by, but the windows have double glazing so that this can be cut out. The rooms are clean and comfortable with new bathrooms, but what makes this place excellent is the superb service. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves good freshly prepared food.

We have just held a conference in the hotel and all the delegates gave a positive response.

I have just descovered the immediate romanian onwards border of Transylvania, in ARAD and around it, and found a wonderfull hotel to rest for anight or more.A really perfectly run place with the freshiest food and absolutely smart services, very luxurious and with great views, laaaaarge rooms, tough and cosy beds, very clean lining and bathrooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE place to stay when coming from Hungary and just getting into Romania, or just when you hang out by Transylvania! Hotel COANDI.
