I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for seven weeks (July / August 2006). First and foremost, I must comment on the superior attitude and customer-service orientation of the Manager. While I had very few reasons to deal with the Manager, she was outgoing and genuinely concerned about my welfare. I had the misfortune of becoming ill with the flu, and she was there to assist me in any way she could. This was no ordinary illness......it almost put me in the hospital. Without the Manager and her assurances of being there at a moment's notice if I took a turn for the worse, I may have checked out of the hotel and into the hospital. The hotel is well maintained, but do not expect the Hilton or Marriott. I had a deluxe room for a very reasonable price of less than P1,000/night. It was secure, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to two malls, a private hospital, and countless restaurants. I didn't eat often at the hotel restaurant, but their Pancit Molo was very good! Easy to catch transportation to any place in the city. Overall, an excellent choice and value.

My stay was very pleasant and the staffs were very courteous and friendly; they made my stay very comfortable; it's a home away from home. The hotel was very clean and very accessible to all the jeepneys and cabs. I loved the complimentary breakfast that came with the room... I will definetely recommend this hotel to anybody whose looking for a "second home" to stay in Iloilo.. The prices were very affortable...coffee was very good.. yeaps,,,, I am a big time coffee drinker....Kudos to Arlene and Marivic for welcoming me warmly.. Nice job guys.... I will definetely stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Iloilo.. Yeaps.... KABALO AKO MAG ILONGGO...

This is one of the best hotel my family and I stayed in. I am in the US military and had been stationed worldwide, thus tried a myriad of hotels. We are in Iloilo to attend to my mother-in-law who was in the hospital. The room we stayed in a deluxe room (850 Pesos, $16 approx/night), was a little small for 2 adults and a child, but we only use it to sleep at night. The room was clean, with a desk and chair, window-type AC, a clothes amoire, a tv, 2 night stands, and bathroom about half the size of the room (weird). Housekeeping always gave 2 new towels and 2 small bar soaps everyday. The hotel did not insisted for us to pay in advance, however we payed for 1 night incase we didn't like our stay; however, we end up staying for 9 nights until we fly out to Manila. Staffs were friendly and professional, except for 1 guard was a little rude when I asked him of there were guests who goes jogging in the morning. 2 big grocery stores (Iloilo Supermart and SM Delgado) are 10 minutes walking distance. St.Paul hospital is about 5 mins, Philippine National Bank is 5 mins walking distance, SM City Mall is about 10/15 mins by jeepney, Museo Iloilo Museum is of walking distance, and center of the Iloilo City, restaurants and bars are about 10/20 minutes walking distance. The only complaint we have was the room only provided 1 bedsheet as a blanket, it got a little cold in the early mornings. The restaurant's food were were also excellent; my son particularly liked their Pansit Molo, and my wife liked their fruit shakes.

I stayed in this hotel last month for 4 days when my company sent me for a conference. I am pretty impressed.

One thing great about Century 21 is its location-- probably the best in the city. It is within walking distance to 3 malls, a grocery, restaurants, a hospital and schools. My wife and daughter enjoyed that very much while I was doing my job. It is a simple hotel, but clean, safe and comfortable. Of course, no one can beat the price! For a fellow Filipino like me who travels a lot, it is the most practical choice. Highly recommended
