Without doubt the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in, and I live in hotels five days per week every week

I first stayed at this hotel just after they opened. I was with a couple of friends from Manila and we stayed about 4 days occupying 4 rooms.
I went back in Feb and Mar 07 and stayed there 2x for a total of 6 days. The rooms are always cleaned and the staff is excellent.
The cafe at the lobby is also good. I have only tried their excellent breakfast.
The only thing I can see that needs improvement is their wireless internet access. It is only available in the lobby (at the Cafe) which tend to be quite crowded during meal times and when the locals use the cafe as their meeting places. If they can make it available in the rooms, then it would be a lot easier for their guests to connect for business and personal purposes.

I have recommended this hotel to all my friends both in North America and in the Philippines. Really great prices and service!!

We stayed at century 21 for 6 days. We live approximately 17 minute drive from the city but we have decided to stay in the city, our taxi driver ricky took us to see different hotels, but we didn't like it because of the staff attitudes in century 21 they are polite, courteous one of the most important characteristics to possess. Most people who go on vacation is ready to pay the comfort that they can get.

I highly recommend Century 21.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for seven weeks (July / August 2006). First and foremost, I must comment on the superior attitude and customer-service orientation of the Manager. While I had very few reasons to deal with the Manager, she was outgoing and genuinely concerned about my welfare. I had the misfortune of becoming ill with the flu, and she was there to assist me in any way she could. This was no ordinary illness......it almost put me in the hospital. Without the Manager and her assurances of being there at a moment's notice if I took a turn for the worse, I may have checked out of the hotel and into the hospital. The hotel is well maintained, but do not expect the Hilton or Marriott. I had a deluxe room for a very reasonable price of less than P1,000/night. It was secure, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to two malls, a private hospital, and countless restaurants. I didn't eat often at the hotel restaurant, but their Pancit Molo was very good! Easy to catch transportation to any place in the city. Overall, an excellent choice and value.
