“Not hospitable at all...”

My husband and 8 other friends stayed in this inn late November 2010. It was unfortunate that there arent any other hotels available at the time we arrived Baguio. Since most of us area tired with a whole day ride, we decided to just settle in this inn. Admittedly, the rate is very affordable. We were charged P225 per head for just a 24-hour stay. Now I know why the rate was so cheap...the male attendant who we met when we checked in couldnt care less for our needs, didnt even smile nor make us feel 'valued guests'. When we met the owner, it was worse! He demanded that we pay first for our stay. Since we were all tired, one of my friends got irked and told the man that we need to put our stuff in the rooms and at least settle in first before paying, right? You will definitely not feel welcome in this inn...hot shower didnt work the first couple of hours we stayed. Out companion had to report it to the attendant but the attendant took so long to visit and check this out. I'm wondering if they ever check out these types of websites for feedback. As far as I know they do have a website too. The beds were also bundled too near each other that you cant really walk straight in between them. I guess they want to maximize the space that they put two big beds and a double deck bed in just one room. As a suggestion, if you have any other place to stay with same rate, DONT STAY HERE!!! . Give this one as your very last resort...

“"charge to experience!"”

first of all, i would like to inform everybody that this humble and personal opinion, was based on my true experience the last time we check-in in this hotel last May 2010...here are the list of my views:
1.)service: very (un)hospitable & (un)friendly....from the owner ,maids, and helpers!..say, you want to ask something, they don't even smile when they reply! their policy of taking our roomkey whenever we go out,is not a good habit..and the receipt that i filled up upon my arrival MUST be given to me after i'ved checked out!
2.)bathroom: according to their descriptions, they have hot shower!yes, they have shower but its not hot!because the heater is not functioning! and the smell...whew! very unpleasant! as if they don't have room boys to cleaned before they entertained another guests!
3.)sleep:..very uncomfortable!!becaused some of their guests,(say, a family.with children) they can't tell them to behave, and don't make noise especially at night!
4.)electrical facilities: very unsafe..some lighting fixture are need to be repair! and why some convenience outlets are permanently covered?actually, in my room, there's really only one outlet!
5.)location: no Q about it!
6.)fare:i suggest to lowered their rates based on their capacity!

I find this place clean and quiet. Rate is very affordable too. Convenient place to stay at especially kung puro pasyal naman ang gagawin sa Baguio or meetings outside. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, it also includes hot shower and cable t.v. Very flexible rin ung owner about check-in time, ina-adjust ung time-in out time-out namin.

if your planning to visit baguio and just want a place to sleep in and go out most of the day and stay within budget, st theresa's inn is recommended.. price is affordable.. the room is quite clean not much ammenities though.. the people working here is is just ok..

I went to baguio with my then girlfriend, we stayed in st. theresa's inn..we just needed a place to sleep and rest since we plan to just go out most of the day so st theresa's inn is just the right place to stay for us.. price is affordable. 200-250/php a day. it was not a peak season though.. think its about 300-500/php during peak season. they have better packages for groups as well..its cheaper.

the room is clean nothing much in it though, with cable tv only and few cabinets.

But the bathroom is one good reason to stay in st theresa's inn. the bathroom is recommended. its very clean and cozy atmosphere.. i enjoyed the shower very much..hehe.(get what i mean)..
