We were looking to have accommodations for 20 and they suggested the "Presidential Suite" for 10,000 pesos/nt. It turns out there was only 9 beds and 1 CR. Certainly they should have suggested multiple rooms as it isn't realistic to house this many people with 1 CR - I was given the impression it was going to be multiple rooms and multiple CRs within a suite.

While the hotel and staff was decent, the value provided was poor.

I found this hotel through searching from internet then i call and inquire regarding the room rates. I get triple standard good for 3 person and they have promo 50% discount. I love the room very big very comfortable especially the CR. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast food was great especially the coffee. i love it. Kung babalik ako sa Baguio dito uli ako mag check in.

I booked this hotel through Asia travel, it had a good description however, it was a big disappointment. The first room has meldew smell, and had windows that has the veiw of the driveway going to the parking lot. We ask for another room, we were given a room with a sitting area,there was a TV, but no chairs to sit nor a desk, just bare, the rooms has no chair, no side tables,.the bathroom has no place to put any thing.. just a bare shower area.. I have to make long distance calls to Asia travel to complain about the place because it seems that nobody cares to take action about my request. The restaurant serves cheap low quality coffee and there is no store nearby this place. They also have caged dogs that barks all day and night..talk about a good night sleep..

The only thing that was good, was that the Rooms are very spacious. The Staff, mostly all OJTs don’t know much. The F.O. staff, only one Girl with Glasses was friendly but unfortunately, when I asked directions to the Orchidtarium she send me to Camp John Hay when i asked directions,we found it near Burham Park.It was impossible to get Breakfast before 07:30 Hrs. we went to sagada and asked the F.O.for B.F.as a Take out if not possible to have B.F.at 06:00 Hrs."NO WAY" I am a Hotelier myself, this is such a easy thing to do to please the Guest, you just ask the Cook to come in 2 Hrs early, right? Anyway, we had the Presidential Suite with various Cockroaches. The Food was lousy, the B.F .was not only Cold but "Ice cold" when I left, I asked for a Long staying offer for next Year in June, it’s been 5 Days no E-Mail from the Place, the F.O. staff wanted my E-Mail address, remember, I stayed with them and they had all my data. Finally, we all enjoyed Baguio and Sagada very much and only needed to rest at Night, and for that the Place is OK.
I would hire some Professionals and not have the Place ruined by OJTs.
Also the Dogs are Barking the Whole Night.
