The only thing that was good, was that the Rooms are very spacious. The Staff, mostly all OJTs don’t know much. The F.O. staff, only one Girl with Glasses was friendly but unfortunately, when I asked directions to the Orchidtarium she send me to Camp John Hay when i asked directions,we found it near Burham Park.It was impossible to get Breakfast before 07:30 Hrs. we went to sagada and asked the F.O.for B.F.as a Take out if not possible to have B.F.at 06:00 Hrs."NO WAY" I am a Hotelier myself, this is such a easy thing to do to please the Guest, you just ask the Cook to come in 2 Hrs early, right? Anyway, we had the Presidential Suite with various Cockroaches. The Food was lousy, the B.F .was not only Cold but "Ice cold" when I left, I asked for a Long staying offer for next Year in June, it’s been 5 Days no E-Mail from the Place, the F.O. staff wanted my E-Mail address, remember, I stayed with them and they had all my data. Finally, we all enjoyed Baguio and Sagada very much and only needed to rest at Night, and for that the Place is OK.
I would hire some Professionals and not have the Place ruined by OJTs.
Also the Dogs are Barking the Whole Night.

Im here at my office, doing nothing because it's weekend. it's so hot.. many cars and so polluted surrounding in my condo where i stay, and remember baguio last month. as happy as i am, it deserves to spare couple of minutes writing this for summer place baguio.. here it is:

I work from an advertising agency in taguig city and tasked to take pictorial at all tourist spot in baguio for 3 days. as i review all the hotels in baguio, one thing im expecting is the native view and the fog and the friendly shy people of baguio. i read many reviews of summer place and they said they are a little far away from the metro and u can feel the real baguio.

i once then tried to call this hotel and confirmed to me that they have mountain views, it fogs every afternoon (which is my favorite in baguio everytime it happens because i really feel im at the peak of the mountain =D) and ofcourse the climate, they dont need aircon.. wow! so excited

so without hesitation, i booked for 3 days, gave my credit card details 2 days before my checkin (because i want to avail the 988 promo, which needs 2 to 3days before checkin full payment )

as i arrive in the morning, very morning, they informed me that my card is not working, so i tried my other card, and stil now working. i was really glad how accomodating they are, how they tried everything just to keep on trying to use my card, they dont even bother to tell me that they cant do anything already, instead, they keep on trying and give me different options. finally, my other card works. and they assist me on my room, inform me with all the amenities and freebies i gonna have, great!

as i enter my room 6:20am, it was really spectacular seeing the fogs sit on the mountain, while the sun rises, slowly by slowly fades out the fog.. until the sun shines so bright at the back of the mountain.. so awesome! they said i can see the south china see, but unfortunately, i did not, maybe the thickness of the fog? =D

i really love the place.. and staff most especially at the FO and housekeepers.. but i only have one comment, the heater in my shower room is either too hot or too cold.. and they fixed it after how many hours, which i really wanna take a bath.. but thats no prob to me, everything was fine.. =D

i will go back to this place..as long as the place is the same and the staff is as friendly as the same.. kudos!

Our group have stayed in Summer Place Hotel, and we find it very nice. The rooms are very spacious as well as the bathroom, we got the presidential suite and it has a nice view. They also have this view deck restaurant which we had our breakfast, I should say the food that they are serving is quite good.

Fortunately for us, we got our room at their Php988/night promo. Plus, when we arrived, our room was upgraded because the room we booked wasn't available. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Had nothing to complain about. However, maybe you'd like to note that I am a no fuss traveler.
