The best breakfast that i had in Peru, great service!!!!

I stayed at the Hotel Royal Inn in August with my spouse and brother and his wife as part of a Gate 1 tour of Peru. This hotel was the favorite of my whole trip. Great and efficient check in procedure, beautiful lobby and bar. The room was very nice and had a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice and contained many selections of fruit, cereal, cheese, vegetables, etc. There was always a doorman to open the front door of the hotel and the location was excellent. Very close to the main square and tourist attractions. The customer service at the reception area was excellent and they anwered any typical tourist questions that we had. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was average (Puno is not the culminary capital of Peru) but with great service. Again, we greatly enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend it for any visitors to this area.

Clean, great breakfast and service. We'd originally booked to stay at Helena Inn (dirty, dingy and didn't want to spend two nights; but I give them credit for letting us change hotels without any drama) and luckily, ended up at Royal Inn. This hotel is about 3 years old and still finishing up some loose ends but because of it (I'm guessing), my husband and our friends were able to get an excellent room rate! GREAT location, clean room with down comforter, friendly staff. Our stay at Royal Inn was one of the best part of Puno.

Great Location, 1/2 block from main square. Just across the square is the main shopping street running several blocks and pedestrian only. Good resturants on the square and especially a chicken place down the shopping street. Very comfortable room. Great staff, will stay here again should we make it back to Puno.
