We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We had a reasonable sized clean room. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. My only small complaint was we could hear the lift operating during the night but other than that we were happy.

The staff in the reseption was very polite, nice and willing to help. In the restaurant (at breakfast) the staff wasn't that nice...

The breakfast was v!ery poor... And the day I had breakfast earlier, they said I could have breakfast (instead of they giving me a bag wirh sandwich and fruit) but in the end there was no fruit nor even coffee...

The location is perfect (in the very center of Puno)

The hotel is inexpensive, close to good restaurants, and has a decent breakfast buffet.However all the rooms on the street side of the hotel are noisy beacuse of the traffic and their constant horn honking. The door locks are the kind you use for the interior door of a bathroom because they are so easy to break in to with minimal effort. We took all our valuables whenever we left the hotel. The front staff was indifferent. We asked for a taxi for the airport, as I checked out I reminded them of the taxi, and was assured it was on its way. Then 10 minutes after the taxi was suppose to arrive at our urging did they actually call for a taxi.
