This hotel has clean and fairly basic rooms, with comfortable beds, free internet and freely avaiable coca tea and a good breakfast. The high point though was Victoria the manager who was so helpful to us when we were making plans, giving advice and helping out arranging things. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in puno for one night and had great experience here at San antonio suites.
The hotel was located two blocks from the main square and provided free pick up service from the bus terminal, which made my journey very convenient.
The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
Moreover, they were kind enough to find my missing passport and bring it to the airport the following day.
Without the help of San Antonio suites, I wouldn't have been able to catch my flight on time and continue my trip in cuzco.
Although I stayed only one night in puno, I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone :)

We stayed here for a day and the staff were absolutely great! They arranged for the trip to Lake Titicaca, cabs, gave us recommendations about places to eat and advice whenever we needed it. They have unlimited free tea at the end of the corridor which we had access to even after we checked out and were waiting for out night bus . Very friendly people and they sure make you feel comfortable!

We stayed here for 2 nights and what stood out for us was the service. Picked up from the bus station, onwards bus organised, good laundry service and tour to Lake Titicaca organised. Nothing was too much for them. Prices were good too. I would recommend the 1 night 2 days tour of Lake Titicaca organised through the hotel. The room was large and clean. Few issues with lack of hot water one night but you can't have everything and you have to remember we are in Peru! Breakfast was really good too! Very close to the main square.
