We stayed here for a day and the staff were absolutely great! They arranged for the trip to Lake Titicaca, cabs, gave us recommendations about places to eat and advice whenever we needed it. They have unlimited free tea at the end of the corridor which we had access to even after we checked out and were waiting for out night bus . Very friendly people and they sure make you feel comfortable!

We stayed here for 2 nights and what stood out for us was the service. Picked up from the bus station, onwards bus organised, good laundry service and tour to Lake Titicaca organised. Nothing was too much for them. Prices were good too. I would recommend the 1 night 2 days tour of Lake Titicaca organised through the hotel. The room was large and clean. Few issues with lack of hot water one night but you can't have everything and you have to remember we are in Peru! Breakfast was really good too! Very close to the main square.

The hotel is centrally located and is well priced with great services. The room we had was large and extremely clean. The breakfast is very nice and plentiful.

We arrived at 5am by bus from Cuzco, Victoria picked us up from the bus station. Our double room wasn’t ready, so she let us check in a twin room without extra charge. She even offered us breakfast for that day even though our check-in time was hours away. Victoria also booked for us a very nice tour to Uros Islands. We had a great time in Puno. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel for a decent price. Bed, cleanliness, shower all very godd. But the thing that stands out is first of all the breakfast and more importantly the service. The owners are always very friendly and helpful. They really try to make your time in Puno special.
