“The Staff could not make our stay any better, Absolutely Fantastic.”

It's OK having a 5 Star Hotel but It's the staff that make it GREAT! and that's what they did for my wife and I. If you are budget minded then I really recommend booking "Club" as we did on our way to Australia. The club lounge is very nice and you will want for nothing virtually all day, in the evening there is a buffet and all drink is free, the quality of the buffet is top notch, staff are very cheerful and very attentive especially Ting Ling (hope I got the spelling correct) who is the most cheerful member of hotel staff we have ever met on our travels around the world. The Pan Pacific runs an electric golf buggy style cart from Airport to Hotel and there is no need to touch your luggage until you get into your room (free with "club") I've not mentioned the rooms because everyone seems to write about them, All the rooms are nice and quite big with Flat Screen Televisions. The swimming pool is quite small but has lovely natural surroundings, I'll write more after my return stay at the Hotel in June 2012.

“Very pleasant hotel and good service”

Good hotel for KLIA airport. Nice, smaller pool. Good lunch buffet and attentive service in the lobby and main dining room. Very easy walking access to the airport. Rooms were standard international 5 start hotel - clean and fresh. Business centre was helpful and organized.

“Hand to KL Airport”

The Hotel is attached to the International Airport and has a electric golf buggy style vehicle to assist clients from the Airport to the Hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and are eager to assist. Bar has an area where you can have meals in a casual atmosphere although the live entertainment can be a little load if seated too close. Breakfasts are very good with an excellent variety from local to international food..

Room Tip: If International guests hotel are able to lend adapters for electrical appliances

“Can not be faulted as a stopover destination”

We stayed here on our way to Penang and on our way home. As a stopover hotel it can not be faulted - it allows our family of 5 to fit comfortably in one room. It would be interesting to see some of the updated rooms as some of the fixtures are a little dated. We always eat at the airport so can not comment on food and beverage at the hotel. As a family room they provide cereal, snacks and biscuits for the children - a nice touch. Great location, reasonably priced and the kids love the cart rides to and from the airport. Recommended.

“Another Fantastic Stay”

Came back perhaps third or fourth time and got upgraded to a nice suite in the corner but could not enjoy much as I only had to stay for one night. This hotel has become my favorite due to convenience of being an airport property. Once again staff were fantastic and friendly as usual. The Concierge team and buggy drivers are the best.
