I want a premium room with occupy 3 persons. Front desk staff arranged a room with one twin bed, i purposely go down and ask for another premium room, the staff quite blur but staff was polite. I need to move the luggage from 3rd floor to 4th floor because of the mistakes made by the staff, but it is acceptable as the staff did apologize sincerely.

Front desk staff also quite confused that whether premium room entitled 3 breakfasts until I showed him/her the browser which show premium room entitled 3 breakfasts.

Other than that, i request an chinese new paper send to my room on the next morning, but it looks like the front desk staff didnt put a note and I only able to get my newspaper when I checked out.

Breakfast is acceptable but the appearance of the breakfast still need some approvement.

I'm having good stay at this hotel.

This was our second stay with this hotel because of its location it serves our purpose nicely. The hotel is adjoining to the biggest shopping mall in KK (about 20 minutes drive to KK from here) and food is just a few minutes away. Weekend is always busy at the mall. This time we were upgarded to a more spacious room and comfortable. We hired a car and going places was not an issue. The only complain is the room's aircon was not adjustable and get too cold sometimes and the power to the fridge get turned off when the "key card" was removed.

The room was disappointingly quite small. There was hardly much space after we settled our briefcases. Mind you, the LCD television is just barely 2 feet away from your toes. Away, the room is good for those on transit and only use the room for a good night sleep before departing to your next destination.

The location of the hotel, it's fantastic! The hotel is located at one corner of 1Borneo, the largest mall in Borneo. Just step out of your lobby and it's shopping paradise! No worry about food or if you left your favorite shirt at home. Plenty of things to shop for.

What I liked the least: SMALL ROOM

Stayed in interconnecting room, a superior and standard for family of 5. Rooms are average in size and some may find it small. However, cleanliness is tops and hotel staff is readily to be on hand to help and are friendly. General upkeep and maintainence is not really that good so their housekeeping and engineering dept have to be on their toes to get the hotel in shape considering that it's only 2 odd years old.

Overall experience is 3/5 stars and really of reasonable price if you are looking to save some $$$ for shopping.

Note: Distance to town is immaterial if you plan ur journey which takes up to 20mins via free shuttle service that plies between hotel and KK town every hour. Book early to avoid disappointment!
