Location is good - very convenient . Check in however needed to wait for at least 20 mins by the time we arrived, please pre call them first before you arrive and let them know your ETA.
If you plan to bring your family, this will be ideal - 3 rooms and kicthenette if you plan to cook, convenience stores are nearby as well. Night time - can hear loud Club music from opposite of the road as we were staying in Block A1 which is quite near to the Club, light sleepers might have problem. Will return for next visit.

I love the room, it is cozy & comfortable, my room facing the sea view, fantastic!!!
There are living room, sofa, TV, dining table, kitchen & balcony.
Location is ok, u could walk along the seaside, & there are pasar pagi, kopitiam, restaurant, shopping mall, convenient chop, clinic, pub & etc.

The location was perfect, just opposite of "Water Front" Pub, and with several shopping mall round the corner and about 20 mins walk to the popular Sunday Market which you would find some good and cheap local stuff. The size of the unit which we stay is perfect for a big family tour (3 bedrooms), the swimming pool was also decent and the security setup in the apartment is acceptable. If the apartment can improve their front desk service (very slow) and include the satellite TV and free internet access in the unit will be a plus point. The breakfast provided was below standard and very limited choice.

checked-in on the 24th of Nov - 29th Nov 2011. 6D5N - RM1500 at block D. My family and i consist of 5 adults and 3 kids. Had we taken to stay at a hotel, it would have cost us more than rm1900! (made my studies).

entering the apartment, we were greeted by the breathtaking sea view (minus the construction going on at the waterfront). the unit was very clean, extra clean if i must say. and most importantly, the unit was equipped with almost everything. from aircond to water heater to refrigerator to washing machine (and detergent) to toaster to astro channels to cooking utensils. needless to say, just bring your bags and worry not about anything else. Daily, the room service will come and change your towels.

rooms - master bedroom was huge and comfortable. as well for the second room, queen sized bed and twin beds for the third room. I have no complaints at all. slept soundly during my whole stay (^_^)

superb location. just next to Centrepoint (shopping mall), 2 minutes walk to api2 shop houses - 7-eleven, hong leong bank, convenience store. and 10 minutes walk to the market. (Philippines market whr you buy all those pearls). also 10 minutes drive to the airport. security is guaranteed as you'll need a card to enter the marina court building.

i enjoyed my stay very much, in fact i think i stayed a lot more at the apartment than i did touring around KK.. i hope you will enjoy yours too!
