Had a good 3 day break here whilst en route to Cambodia. The hotel check-in was a dream, no problems, rooms were great albeit slightly odd bathroom shower that managed to flood the bathroom on use. Gym in hotel was good standard. Pool was excellent - we had it to ourselves on one day. Standard of service great from all staff, particularly the concierge team and front of house. The lobby concierge team booked us onto the free shuttle bus into KL - a great feature of the hotel to allow guests to get in/out of the city free-of charge.

Thank you for your comments. It is unfortunately not possible for hotels to organize free shuttle between airport to/from hotel. The airport authorities don't allow any hotel such business.
