There are 5 of us. We booked a 3 days 2 nights, 2 Superior rooms. The 1st room that we go, toilet flush valve cover already disappear, toilet cannot flush; Shower head & shower tube broken in 2 parts, 1 throw on a shelf 1 just hang on the floor; TV with no channels, remote control spoilt; Bed sheets with dark black hand stains; Sliding doors cannot open; Whole room so dirty & worn down. We called the reception to fix the bathroom & toilet, but on second thought, we went straight to the reception to ask for a room change. Instead of apologize, the receptionist told us they can only give us 1 chance of room changing, if we still not happy, there is no room for change anymore. The replacement room, same dirty & worn down, their hotel's TV got 4 channels only, remote control also spoilt; Air con not really working; Water kettle got dead insect stuck at the bottom, after few hours waiting, they replaced with 1 after boiling, chemical smell so strong that we dare not drink, instead we bought mineral waters from other town for the whole stay; Another thing, both room never set up with the extra bed we book, when complained, the receptionist said we got to pay extra $ though we already paid each person RM350, the 3rd person RM300 for the extra bed. After a very long wait, they give us a bed but just leave the folded up bed there for us to set up ourselves; Sliding doors lock already spoilt, when asked to fix, they say don't worry, they got no thief there, if we run into one, then we must be very unlucky.; No towers, got to request, other extra set like cup never delivered even after requested; Luggage stool is missing in our room (other room have); The other room that my brother stay, the sliding door so worn down after open cannot close; Instead of 1 shampoo 1 condition they put 2 condition.... The kayaking is in a dirty pond; Restaurant food & drink is bad. When coffee finish, what they did is take the jug to kitchen, bring back the empty jug again & leave it there. Waiter or waitress there, most of the time when people ask for something, they just ignore you can walk by...
