I went to Impiana Cherating for 2D1N during 17 Feb 2012 for relaxing trip, stayed at deluxe room.

Overall the hotel is nice. All hotel rooms are facing beach with nice balcony and seats allows you to enjoy the beach view.

The room is clean. A bit dissappointed when we found out a few drop of bloodstain on the bed sheet, which I personally felt so disgusting! The washroom is relatively small and no bathtub.

The swimming pool is large enough, clean and allow sport activites in the swimming pool.

Car Park is walking distance to hotel room but all the way it does not have any shelter to prevent guests from rain. As the night I stayed was heavy rain and I was wet cause going to take my car.

Morning breakfast buffet is quite delicious. All food are served fresh and hot. Just abit of complaint about the staff who service in the cafe. I saw when he communicate with a group of family, I not sure about what they are talking but obviously the staff is very impatient and showing unhappy face to them. As in service line I felt that as a staff you shouldn't show your attitude to your customer as this is very rude.

Check in and out is fast prehaps not much guest that time.

Overall is a great hotel with the benefit is room facing sea. Need to improve on customer service and some facility.

“A very nice hotel”

My family and I spent a night in this hotel in a triple sharing room.

The standard room I was given was not big, but comfortable. It has a king size bed, although I was told by the receptionist that it has a queen size bed. There were three bottles of drinking water, three towels and of course an extra bed. However there were only 2 cups in the room. The room was clean. However the furniture had shown some sign of wear and tear. Free WiFi signal (avg 0.46 Mbps) was detected in the room. I had also found a nice set of bathroom amenities.

The room was facing the sea, and I think all rooms in this resort were designed to face the sea. The beach and pool were clean.

We had dinner in the cafe. Buffet dinner was served. The staff in the restaurant was kind and showed us the food served. We had the buffet and food was good, although there weren't many varieties.

In conclusion my expectations were met and I'd stay in this resort again.

Room Tip: There's no lift in the resort... so ask for a room on the first floor (ground floor has no room...

A big thank you to your feedback and most of all, for staying at our resort.

I have read your feedback during our department head daily meeting and we had a big laugh when I mentioned…3 towels, 3 bottles but…2 cups. It was not a laughing matter though, but purely basic common sense to learn and ensure such details should have not been missed out.

“A place like no other!!”

A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. We spent our recent Chinese New Year holidays at Impiana Cherating trying to get away from the ever hectic city and viola, a perfect choice we made. The room setup was nice, simple yet cozy:; never mind about the dated furniture. They are rustic actually! Thanks to the grounds and garden for keeping the matured gardens well and the beach clean and, the activities lined up made our kids wanting to come back again. The service, from F&B to Housekeeping to Sports & Recreation deserve my commendations. It was a great getaway indeed!!

We stayed in Impiana last month and I liked it so much that it will be hard to stay in other places in Cherating from now on. The rooms were very comfortable, and although the furnishing was somewhat dated, we had a great view of the beach. The hotel had a lovely empty stretch of beach in front of it. Will definitely come back there soon!

My family and I were guests at Impiana during the festive seasons and despite having a full housed we were surprised that we were treated well and good. Its worth the money you spent for the kind of service, after all no one can expect perfection. Overall, I have no major complaints, obviously with a little hiccup that we could compromise and a sure thing, we will definitely come back again. And the next time, we'd expect yet another big smile from all of you...kudos!
