This hotel is nightmare, all pictures on the web site do not correspond to reality, the coffee house is not as showed in the pictures, no one of the dish on the picture is available, and there is not a western cuisine

I have booked and prepaid a family room, detached from the main building, for three night (three bed plus one added, cost 195 SGD for night), we have reached the hotel at 6.00pm, the first comments come from the tables on the restaurant, with dirty towels and mouse droppings on.
The room was very small, with a bad smell (mildew) ad not well clean , I go back to the reception, asking a bigger room, the stairway to reach the new room, in the main building, was full of rat droppings and the corridors were sprinkled with plaster detached from the ceiling.
The room with four beds was smelly to(mildew) and dirty with mushrooms grown on the bathroom door frame.
We go back to the reception asking to have a refund and leave the hotel, after our request, the receptionist propose as a suite on the beach, at the same price, the new accommodation was good, but when I go to open the French window, the bottom part of it, fell down together with a glass, so I call the reception asking to repair, the answer was to change again the suite with another suite, and this close the room matter.
The day after we went for lunch buffet, and we found that the dishes to use for lunch, they were dirty, with mouse droppings, flies and gnats dead on.
I called the restaurant manager asked the reason for this'. I refused to touch food, do not recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away
