We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights leading up to New Years Eve, and we found it to be a great hotel.
The location is excellent, being only a few minutes walk from Chinatown and Motomachi Shopping Street, and over the road from the waterfront promenade and the Hikawa Maru. The city is about 15 minutes easy walking.
Upon checkin we were upgraded from a standard room to a lovely corner room with a fabulous view of the harbour and the Minato Mirai area. The room was spotless and spacious with a very comfortable bed, and even though it was winter the air conditioning worked well.
We ate in the Coffee Shop one morning and whilst it was a bit pricey the food was very good quality and well presented.
All the staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful.
A vist to the old part of the hotel is recommended as it has been perfectly preserved in a pre war era.
