“I'd stay here again!”

We got a cheap room off the internet, and it was great! The room was big, and we were able to adjust the temperature which was great! Very convenient location between two subway stations, and 5 min walk from Chinatown. The staff were able to help me with forwarding luggage to Tokyo.

この度は、ホテルモントレ横浜をご利用頂き誠にありがとうございました。ご滞在中お客様にはお部屋の匂いの件でご迷惑をお掛け致しまして誠に申し訳ございませんでした。清掃係には常に客室の清掃及び匂いについては注意するよう指導しておりましたが行き届いていなかったようで指導不足を痛感しております。清掃につきましては今後指導を強化しこのようなことの無いようしていきたいと思っております。
