Was here for a couple of days in August 2011.
The room was very small. Just enough for a business traveller but not luxurious at all. There was no view from room too as there was a terrace in front of the floor I was in.
The best thing about this hotel is that there is a bus service to Tokyo Disneyland and you can buy the tickets here itself. Apart from that, it's just 5 mins. walk for Chiba city centre.
There are a few restaurants and spa inside the hotel but I don't think the breakfast is included in the rate. There's a Starbucks right next to it.
Overall, a pretty average hotel but will suit you if don't have to be inside the room for too long.
