The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Okayama Train Station (and most of the way is under cover which is useful if it is raining). This makes it convenient for those wanting to explore near Okayama, or making a stop on the Shinkansen.
However, the decor is very dated and in bad need of a spruce up. There are also limited amenities.
