This hotel is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. The marketing is false advertisement on the internet (picture, discription etc) Staying at this hotel was the worst experience of my Japanese holiday. The service (particularly the man on the front reception) was incredibly rude, check out was at 10am and at 9.50am we recieved rude and abrupt phone calls telling us to get out prior to the actual check out time.
This hotel is extreamly over priced for its run down unclean facilities.The onsens that are advertised to be imaculate are covered in mold and in my opinion unuseable, the bathrooms are covered in mold and the rooms are very run down. Highly unimpressed, i will never return here nor recommend anyone to. It is the worst AUD$400 i have ever spent.
The only positive was its view. It is a huge hotel and i'm sure in its day 30yrs ago it would have been fantastic.. NOT ANYMORE
