The hotel is in very good condition, very clean, comfortable. It is not too big.The beach is in some 50 m. form hotel connected with an underground way.Food is nice and tasty. The only problem was that you cant find any food after 12:30 am.There is no 24 hour bar also.
The staff was very very helpful, especially waiters.( Ask for Ozcan...the best!!!)
The Spa is also not bad.

I went to Turkey with my friend Nathan who has cerebral palsy. He also used an electric wheelchair. We saw hardly any disabled people out there. That however did not deter the people and the staff from being extremely helpful and friendly. The ramps were very steep and even in an electric wheelchair I had to help push Nathan up them! Not recommended for wheelchair users. Although whenever Nathan and I got in a spot of bother, the staff were all very on hand and extremely helpful. Most of the staff can speak good basic english, some better than others. The hotel was very clean and modern. It wasn't of a 5* standard but with all the onsite amenities and extras this is how they gained their stars. There was a married English couple at the same resort but no other english people. The dutch and russian visitors all spoke excellent english so we were able to make some good friends. There is a tunnel to go through to get to the small, private beach. Don't use the road, your asking for trouble!! The swimming pools are also of a very good standard. I thought the food was horrible but Nathan loved it. (I am really picky though!) The entertainment team were entusiastic doing shows each night and getting people to join in games in the daytime. The Turkish spa is definately recommended. It's a lovely place if you just want to chill out, forget and relax!

  • Liked — the people who stayed there and the people who worked there
  • Disliked — the wheelchair ramps were horrendous!

“Not good.”

First of all the photo shown is significantly different to the actual hotel, the reality is not quite as flattering as the website image.
The staff spoke no English at all. It appeared that the hotel catered for the German and Russian holidayemakers only (the hotel seemed to be quite full but we didn't come across any other British people, not one.). We found the bar staff particularly unhelpfull and rude.
The food in general was good but again was let down by the poor service.
The room we had was a little cramped, the TV was tuned for German or Turkish channels, just one news channel in English.
The air conditioning was great until it stopped working in the middle of the night, every night! We tried to explain this to the receptionist but with the language barrier it was of no use.
The management allowed a noisy party to continue drinking and shouting until 3am one morning in the main lobby despite protests.
The gym equipment is approx 20 years old and is faulty. The gym itself is a depressing poorly lit room and is quite literally unsafe to use.
Turkish bath was good.
Swimming pool was very good. Plenty of sunbeds.
The entertainment staff put on evening shows and though it was very basic did an excellent job.
All in all it was dissapointing. We returned to Turkey because we enjoyed the Turkish people during our last trip. These people however have put us off ever returning.

“Don't go to this Hotel”

Price - overrated, this is definately NOT a 5* hotel. Location - the beach is very poor and you will take your life in your hands crossing a really busy road to get to it. Rooms - basic, NOT 5*. Restaurants - average, not much choice. Bars - poor service, although you will have an All Inclusive band the staff are surly and unhelpful. In the disco and some other bars you will be charged extra even though you are All Inclusive. Staff - Manager and Reception staff are very unhelpful. Hotel itself - doesn't look like the picture on the website (this is an artists impression) and most public areas are poorly lit and depressing. The marble floors are extremely hazardous when wet. Save your money and go somewhere else!
