Booked this place for 2 nights (last minute booking)
We arrived early around 9.30am and they were kind enough to allow us to check in at 10am right after they finished cleaning up one of the rooms.

The rooms were clean .. they made our room twice on the 1st day :)
Clean towels everyday.
There was also a safe in the room.
There was a mini bar (2 free btl water) in the room as well.

There was a small balcony and fitted on it was a pull our hanger to dry your clothes. Big plus for drying our clothes after the beach.

The beach was about 15mins walk from the hotel. You could also rent a motorbike from 2 lots away for 200baht a day and ride everywhere (I would recommend this ... the tuk tuk and motor are getting costly)

There was a 7-11, pharmacy, photoshop and hawker stalls all next to the hotel .. so you could basically get almost anything you need.

Overall this place was really worth the money.

Just one thing, I got the room with the balcony facing the front (street).
If you're a light sleeper, you might notice the traffic noise whole trying to get some sleep.

Other than that everything else was just great.

Hotel is in a decent location, looking for beachfront? Look elsewhere..... Hotel is fairly new, and suprised just how good it is for the price, the staff are fantastic, going out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. A newish hotel, so rooms are fastidiously clean......rooms are three to four star level, but without character really..... No swimming pool, no breakfast.... Downside, but you have the beach and restaurants near by, seems more of a hotel for americans or british people, as the majority of guests seemed to be from there, nothing at all to complain about, and made a few new friends while staying here, only downside was having to leave......

nice hotel ten mins from jungceylon and bangla road, fifteen minutes to the beach. Hotel is more like four star than three but suffers from not having a swimming pool, and no food options available. Staff are excellent, and very friendly, rooms are new and spotless clean. All rooms have air con and balcony, have stayed at the seaview patong, seeka hotel and duaan djitt before, but prefer this hotel as its in a fairly quiet area but still close enough to the nightlife, ammenities and beach. Excellent value..... Book it.

looks shabby but what a stay tink we stayed for over two weeks in the end the hotel staff couldnt do nenough for us!!
